The Louisiana Family Medicine Clinic in Jonesboro, Louisiana is a full-service, primary care and urgent care clinic for the whole family. Our new clinic offers same day appointments and a concierge-type medicine to care for the needs everyone in the family, from newborns to seniors. We accept all insurance providers. LFMC offers a full array of medical services, including an in-house x-ray, CT scans and laboratory. Along with Chase Branch, PA-C, Dr. Dirk Rainwater takes an "ER approach" by handling everything from minor emergencies to chest pains. If a patient needs to be hospitalized or to see a specialist, we facilitate that. Afterwards we always try to get them in for a checkup to help them meet their preventative health needs. LFMC is not only a doctor’s office for the whole family, we are a family run business. Tammy Rainwater, Dr. Rainwater’s wife, works in the clinic and helps with the design and flow of the building. She also works in the scheduling of conferences, certifications and education for the staff. Perhaps this family approach to business is one reason our clinic offers service in a customer focused manner, much like one your mom and dad would have walked into years ago.
